Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method as determined by Matican (“us”). Unless otherwise indicated on the product listing or item packaging, products sold by Matican are covered by the following policy:



We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund less shipping. To initiate a return, contact us here or email stating your reason for return and Order#. Mailing label and return authorization slip will be provided by us.

Instructions for mailing your returns package

  • Securely pack the items in a box.
  • Place return authorization slip with barcode and item description inside your return package (in case your mailing label gets damaged).
  • Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  • Use the address listed above and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  • Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Once we receive the item, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.


Applicable item(s) must be in new and resaleable condition unless reasonably determined by us that the item is not resaleable due to our negligence or item defect.

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item with the original barcode when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. Removal of the barcode voids any possibility of return/exchange.

To protect our employees and customers, Matican disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Matican, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us.


If the item is damaged, wrong, or missing components, please contact us immediately and provide us photographic proof of the damaged, wrong, or missing item along with your return/ reimbursement request and Order#.

When submitting a reimbursement claim for an order that contains damaged, wrong, or missing items, you must provide all of the following:

  1. Order# and SKU and quantities of each impacted unit
  2. Images of the shipping box and all shipping labels
  3. One of the following based on the issue:
    • For damaged items, provide an image of the whole item including damage. For electronics, such as TVs and printers, include images of the serial and model numbers.
    • For wrong items, provide an image of the incorrectly received item showing the FNSKU/ SKU sticker. If available, include images of the model number and serial number.
    • For missing items, provide images of empty product packaging, images of all items received, and all unique FNSKU/ SKU stickers.


Matican in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether an item is defective or not in a resaleable condition.


If your order is not delivered within seven days after the promised delivery date or estimated delivery date, you are eligible to file for lost reimbursement by contacting us. When submitting a reimbursement claim for an order that was lost, you must provide the Order#, SKU, and quantity of each impacted unit

If your item qualifies for reimbursement, our goal is for the reimbursement amount to match your estimated proceeds from that item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, exchange, or similar request if it does not comply with the terms of this policy.
